CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
In order to ensure quality, techniques, materials and the originality of each photography, the author personally affix, on each print
he makes, a stamp and a personal signature at the margin of each copy distributed.
Each photograph is produced in a limited number of prints, usually a maximum of twenty copies, each marked, numbered and cataloged by the same author. Although they are prints, each copy, has features that make it unique and therefore increases its value.
The selling of the photographs shown in the online catalog of this site is related to the number of copies which are still available for purchase: once all the copies are sold, the picture is marked as "sold out" and therefore no longer be affordable.
Each print also comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity, a document which
guarantees the authenticity and uniqueness of the print, it shows the archive number, the title and the print date, and certify the
exclusive use of analog techniques and procedures and the consequent lack of any digital handling.
The purpose of such a document is to provide the data needed to identify the print without any shadow of doubt: the document itself has some anti-counterfeiting devices inside, and all the data on it can be easily verified by contacting the author, which may at any time make a research in his personal archives.
